Q: What training are your cleaners given?

A: All our cleaners are trained before starting at your premises. Our supervisors ensure that all relevant training is carried out and includes Health & Safety Procedures, site safety information, manual handling, correct use of products and machinery, premises security.

Q: What chemicals do you use?

A: Where at all possible it is the company’s policy to use ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CHEMICALS when cleaning a client’s premises. The proportion of our daily use chemicals are ‘unclassified’ meaning that as well as being biodegradable these products will produce no hazardous decomposition, nor do they contain phosphates, chlorine, bleaches, enzymes, CGC’s, HCFC’s or formaldehydes. In order to reduce the impact of classified products (e.g. polishes and polish removers) on the environment their use is restricted and only employed periodically on specific areas of heavy soilage by trained staff. The waste products from these chemicals are disposed of in accordance with local authority regulations.
