A: Yes (all cleaners have to fill in a holiday request form with at 4 weeks notice).

Q: How much will it cost?

A: We offer extremely competitive quotes and will tailor our services according to your budget and specific requirements. Email us or fill out the CONTACT US form for an in-depth quote for your premises. The first month is a trial period and if you are not delighted with our services, you do not have any obligation to continue.

Q: Do we have to commit to a long term contract?

A: No – you can use our services on an ad-hoc basis, as a one off deep clean, or vary the services required as you wish. We have a flexible policy towards our customers.

Q: Are you fully insured?

A: We are fully insured for both Employers and Public Liability Insurance, please ask us if you require a copy.

Q: Are you up to date with Health and Safety & Employment Law regulations.

A: Yes, and we ensure all our cleaners have a valid permit to work in the UK, if relevant.
